TED Countdown
House at COP31

THE GLOBAL RACE TO LEAD THE CLEAN ENERGY ECONOMY IS ACCELERATING.
At the same time, geopolitical instability, trade tensions and economic uncertainty are reshaping how decisions are made and where capital flows. Climate shocks are already imposing real costs on communities and economies, exposing the gap between what’s required and what current action is delivering. The task now is to close the distance.
At COP30 in Belém, our House became a world of its own: more than 60 events and dozens of partners created a gathering place for candid conversations and unexpected connections outside of the formal negotiations. We’re continuing that work in Antalya.
Space for conversation and connection
We’re pairing rigorous ideas with real conversation and hard trade-offs with genuine optimism. Formats include:
01Stage sessions that break from the usual COP format — short talks, off-the-record fireside chats, and live debates tackling complex questions.
02Workshops that energize the room and spark new ideas and unexpected partnerships.
03Themed dinners and nightcaps that combine exceptional meals with thoughtful conversation, featuring special guest speakers and creative facilitators.
Between the mountains and the sea
TED Countdown House at COP31 will be hosted at Anadolu Park — 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the Blue Zone, directly along the route between them. The House will be at the center of it all — close to the negotiating table, and a world of its own.
Antalya sits at the edge of the Mediterranean — a sea whose coastlines are already being visibly transformed by a changing climate — and at the meeting point of Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Set within a pine forest, Anadolu Park offers dedicated event spaces, open-air terraces and a setting that creates genuine space from the density of the formal process without losing proximity to it.
